Daten löschen/Delete data

Hallo,

auf dieser Seite erklären wir dir, wie du alle deine Daten aus der App löschen kannst. Befolge dafür die folgenden Schritte:

Melde dich in der App oder auf tripmind.eu an:
Öffne hierzu die Seite „Neues“ (z.B.: https://tripmind.eu/#/home/news) und klicke auf den Header (Da wo „Guten Tag, melde dich an“ steht).
Öffne dein Profil:
Öffne hierzu die Seite „Neues“ (z.B.: https://tripmind.eu/#/home/news) und klicke auf den Header (Da wo „Guten Tag, …“ steht).
Lösche deinen Account:
Scrolle in deinem Profil nach unten und klicke auf „Account löschen“. Es öffnet sich ein kleines Fenster. Bestätige die Aktion in dem kleinen Fenster durch einen Klick auf „Konto löschen“

Achtung: So werden alle deine Daten gelöscht. Favorisierte Reisen, Chatnachrichten, Profilinformationen oder sonstige Daten von dir sind dann für immer gelöscht. Weder du, noch tripmind kann die Daten dann wieder herstellen.

Wenn du Fragen hast, deinen Account nicht finden kannst oder sonstige Probleme beim Löschen des Accounts melde dich bei uns unter datenschutz@tripmind.de.

Log in to the app or to tripmind.eu:

Open your profile:
To do this, open the „News“ page (e.g.: https://tripmind.eu/#/home/news) and click on the header (Where it says „Hello, …“).
Delete your account:
Scroll down in your profile and click on „Delete account“. A small window will open. Confirm the action in the small window by clicking on „Delete account“

Attention: This will delete all your data. Favorite trips, chat messages, profile information or other data will be deleted forever. Neither you nor tripmind will be able to restore the data.

If you have any questions, cannot find your account or have any other problems deleting your account, please contact us at datenschutz@tripmind.de.
